Melpo is a Biostatistician with extensive experience in the statistical analysis of healthcare data. She has worked as a Senior Analyst in a private global company, as an Applied Health Research Statistician in the Medical School of the University of Leeds in the UK and has also a continuous collaboration with academics of the University of Athens.
She has extensive experience in the statistical analysis of large datasets (>200,000 patient records), has collaborated with doctors of the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland and Latvia as well as researchers in Australia. She has also experience in teaching Epidemiology and Medical Statistics to Medical students. She has a number of publications and presentations in international conferences.
Melpo holds an MSc in Biostatistics and a B.Sc. in Mathematics both from the University of Athens.
